Frequently Asked Questions

Can I call to book an event rather than use the website?? Yes. We are happy to receive your call. You will be asked for the information the Website requires. The best practice would be to enter the lead and then call the Events number at 720-712-7467 as this helps to ensure the accuracy of your personal information.

When I place an event inquiry, why does it require 25 guests or more? All our events are planned and executed with 25 guests minimum. Our banquet set up, chaffer dishes, kitchen preparation, and staffing are all standardized at 25 guests. If the guest count falls below 25, we still charge for 25 main entrees. We are flexible in accommodating lower numbers for desserts and beverages.

Will you hold a space that I may want to book? We offer 72-hour courtesy holds unless your event is less than 10 days away. For holiday bookings (Nov-Jan) that period is reduced to 48 hours (about 2 days).

Can we bring in decorations? Yes. Balloons, flowers, tabletop decorations and corporate swag etc., are all allowed. We do not allow confetti and glitter. May I bring in a cake? Yes. We allow specialty cakes, specific to the occasion, that are commercially baked. Specialty Ice cream cakes are also allowed.
